Ordering Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will include all the details about the products, prices, billing, and delivery address. If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at info@korsfabriken.nu.
Delivery Our normal delivery times are 5-10 business days. Note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the first business day. If there are any delays in delivery (without us informing you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at the email address: info@korsfabriken.nu. For special requests, the delivery time may be extended and will be discussed with the customer.
Prices All prices in the store are in SEK and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust the price due to supplier price changes, errors in the price list, or inaccuracies in prices resulting from incorrect information.
Right of Withdrawal When purchasing products on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive an ordered item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us. The notification should be sent to us at info@korsfabriken.nu and should include your name, address, email address, order number, and the details of the products you are returning. You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products when returning them, so the products should be sent securely packaged and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product’s original value from the refund in the case of used or damaged products. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been custom-made for you. In cases where a product has been specially customized for you or has a clear personal touch based on your preferences, it will be clearly indicated at the time of ordering that the right of withdrawal does not apply. Complaints We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly dispatched upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the defect at no cost to you. You must always contact us for approval before returning a faulty item. Complaints should be sent immediately after discovering the defect. Any errors or defects should always be reported to info@korsfabriken.nu, providing your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect. If the defect cannot be remedied, or if an equivalent product cannot be delivered, we will refund the cost of the product. We cover the return shipping for approved complaints. We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it is found that the product is not faulty in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Limitation of Liability We assume no liability for indirect damages that may occur due to the product. We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or no delivery from suppliers, or other factors beyond our control.
Product Information We reserve the right to any printing errors on this website and final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the appearance of the products, as some color differences may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.
